Come celebrate the end and the beginning of the traditional Celtic New Year with us!
Honouring the seasonal cycle of summer’s departure and winter’s entrance, we acknowledge what has naturally ended and prepare for new beginnings in our own lives. This time of the “thinning of the veil” is ideal for connecting with the energy of warrior women of the past to guide us to a more fulfilling future.
Let us embrace the darkening days to re-spark the light within, connecting to our authentic selves and honouring each other guided by mutual trust. This retreat is designed to be a transformative time out for you.

Thurs. 30 Oct. : Receiving
- Arrival from 4pm
- Welcome ceremony
- Dinner together
- Fireside chats and holding space for each other
Fri. 31 Oct. : Releasing
- 8:30am: Wake and stretch
- 9am: Breakfast
- 10am: Group coaching session
- 11:30am: Personal soul soothing: journalling, drawing, reading, resting, reflecting, wandering.
- 1pm: Lunch together
- 2pm: Choice of wellbeing session: Options can include one-to-one coaching, foraging, crafting, restorative yoga, voicework, alpaca walking, reflexology, stone manifesting

- 4:30: Samhain gratitude ritual of releasing fear
- 6:30: Dinner together
- 8pm: Compassionate meditation, deep relaxation to help restful sleep
Sat. 1 Nov. : Renewing
- 8:30am: Wake and stretch
- 9am: Breakfast
- 10am: Sensory Walk / Choice of wellbeing session
- 11:30am: Personal soul soothing: journalling, drawing, reading, resting, reflecting, wandering.
- 1pm: Lunch together
- 2pm: Group coaching session, includes empowerment activities

- 4:30: Samhain symbolic ritual of sweeping out old energy to make space for new intentions (besom making)
- 6:30: Dinner together
- 8pm: Affirmation activity
Sun. 2 Nov. : Refreshing
- 9am: Breakfast
- 10am: Closing ceremony
- 11am: Depart
